Submit the required registration fee to secure your place in the program. Payment details and methods will be provided during your initial appointment.

Review and sign the enrollment agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in the course.

Policy Acknowledgment
Sign off on school policy forms to acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of school rules and regulations.

Applicants must be 18 years or older. Please provide a valid ID as proof of age during the registration process.

Educational requirements
GED, high school diploma or equivalent is required for enrollment. Tambien aceptamos preparatoria de Mexico. All official documents must be presented as proof of educational attainment.

we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as flexible as possible with our refund policy. Below are the conditions under which refunds will be issued:
Cancellation Process: To cancel enrollment, applicants or students must submit their cancellation notice in person.
Refund Within 72 Hours: If you cancel within 72 hours of enrolling, you are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid.
Cancellation After 72 Hours: If you cancel after 72 hours of enrollment but before the start of classes or before receiving distance education materials, you will receive a refund of all tuition paid, minus a registration fee of up to $150.
Timing of Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the termination of enrollment or receipt of the cancellation notice.
Withdrawal Without Penalty: Students who have not visited the school facilities prior to enrollment have the right to withdraw without penalty within three days following orientation or a tour of the school facilities.
Denial of Admission: A full refund will be issued if an applicant's admission is denied by the school.
False Advertising: A full refund is also guaranteed if enrollment was based on intentional deception or misrepresentation, or if the school used misleading or false advertising.
Program Cancellation by School: Should the school cancel a program, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
Dismissal for Non-Compliance: Students dismissed for non-payment of fees or failure to adhere to school regulations will not receive a refund.
Please note: No refunds are issued for students who withdraw after starting classes, except under the conditions listed above.

Yes, we prioritize a professional environment conducive to learning and clinical practice. As such, we expect all students to adhere to the following appearance standards:
Uniform Policy: Students are required to wear uniforms during all class sessions. Personal clothing is not permitted in the classroom to maintain a professional standard.
Footwear: Sandals are not permitted. Shoes must be clean, in good repair, and closed-toed to ensure safety and hygiene.
Piercings and Makeup: Facial and head piercings must be removed while attending classes. Makeup should be subtle, promoting a natural and neat appearance.
Nail Care: Acrylic nails are not allowed in class due to hygiene and safety concerns related to clinical activities.
Jewelry: To prevent injuries and distractions, please keep jewelry to a minimum. Necklaces are not allowed during class sessions.
Hygiene: Maintaining good personal hygiene is essential. Please use deodorant regularly. While light perfumes may be worn, they should not be overpowering, and strongly scented lotions are to be avoided to accommodate all sensitivities.

Policy Statement on Re-Admission
Re-Admission Guidelines for Former Students
Submission of Explanation Letter: Students seeking re-admission after dismissal from a previous program must submit a formal letter detailing the reasons for their prior dismissal.
Registration Renewal: Students who have been absent from any program for more than six months are required to undergo the registration process anew, as if they were first-time applicants.
Re-Entry After Dismissal for Absences or Financial Reasons: Students dismissed due to excessive absences (exceeding 20 percent of the program) or financial issues may be eligible for re-entry, subject to review.
Re-Entry After Dismissal for Unacceptable Conduct: Students dismissed for unacceptable conduct must schedule a meeting with the director to discuss potential re-admission.
Director’s Decision: The director’s decision regarding re-admission is final. Students will be informed of the decision through a formal letter within five business days of the meeting.
Probationary Status Review: Students who were on probation during their last enrollment must provide evidence of compliance with all prescribed remedial actions, including adherence to counselor recommendations and efforts to improve unapproved grades, to be considered for readmission.

Yes, we strive to maintain a conducive learning environment, which is why all students are expected to adhere to the following rules during classes and throughout the duration of the program:
Phone Usage: Mobile phones are not permitted during class time. Please set your phone to vibration mode and inform your instructor if you are expecting an important call.
Gum and Mints: Chewing gum is not allowed. Mints are permitted.
Food and Drink: Eating is prohibited in the work/laboratory areas. Drinks are allowed only in the presentation area, and alcohol is strictly forbidden.
Breaks: Students are entitled to a 15-minute break during which they may use their phones, visit the restroom, or have a snack.
Classroom Etiquette: There should be no talking during lessons or lab work while the instructor is speaking.
Academic Integrity: Cheating during evaluations or quizzes is strictly prohibited.
Substance Policy: The use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco is not tolerated during any part of the program.
Prescription Medication: If you are taking any prescription medications, please notify the directors immediately.
Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude throughout the program.
Respect: Disrespect towards instructors or fellow students will not be tolerated.
Professional Conduct: Always keep conversations respectful.
Health and Safety: If you are sick or there is an emergency, please notify your instructors promptly. In the event of a positive COVID-19 test, special arrangements will be made to accommodate missed classes.
Cleanup Duty: Students are expected to participate in cleaning the practice area after lab work.
Personal Valuables: Avoid bringing valuable items such as jewelry or large sums of cash to class.
Property Respect: Any student found causing damage or misusing facilities or materials may face termination from the program and could be liable for repair or replacement costs.
Pets and Children: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service dogs (a doctor's letter is required). Children must not be brought to class.
No Soliciting: Selling or promoting any type of product in class or on the premises is prohibited.
